Lease The premises are available by way of a new fully
repairing and insuring lease directly from the landlord on terms to be agreed.
Annual Rental The premises are available at a quoting
rent of £11,000 per annum exclusive. VAT is not payable on the rent.
Rateable Value From internet enquiries only we note the
following business rate assessment of the retail element: Rateable Value:
£8,700. Uniform Business Rate: £0.462 (expiring 31 March 2009).
Rates Payable: £4,019.40.
Service Charge There is no service charge applicable to
