Lease Terms:
The whole property is available on a
new lease for a term to be agreed. The lease to be contracted outside of the
Security of Tenure and Compensation Provisions of the Landlord & Tenant
Act.
Rent:
£15,000 per annum exclusive. VAT
will be applicable.
Service Charge:
The above rental is exclusive of
rates, water and insurance, which will be recovered separately via a service
charge. Further information can be provided upon request.
Legal Costs:
Both parties’ reasonable legal
costs to be borne by the incoming tenant. |
