The premises comprise a self contained warehouse with an
office addition.

pitched sheet clad roof. Maximum eaves heights within the warehouse are

borders and are approximately 2 miles from Junction 11 of the M25 motorway. The
A3/M3 are also close by. The building itself is located towards the end of Hamm
Moor Lane which is accessed through Weybridge Business Park and the A317
Weybridge Road. |
