Lease The premises are available by way of a new fully
repairing and insuring lease direct from the landlord on terms to be agreed.
The lease will be contracted outside of the security of tenure and compensation
provisions of Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Part II, as amended.
Rent The premises are available at a rent of
£18,000 per annum, exclusive plus VAT if applicable.
