Terms The premises are available a new sublease on terms
to be agreed at a current passing rental of £24.50 per sq ft net
internal. The lease will be contracted outside of the security of tenure and
compensation provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Part II, as
amended.
Rates The building is currently rated as a single
hereditament and it is proposed that the ground floor suite is rated
separately. (Estimated £7.80 per sq ft payable. Interested parties are
advised to make their own enquiries).
Service Charge The service charge will be payable by the
