Lease: The premises are available by way of a new
full repairing and insuring lease (subject to the service charge provisions) at
a rent of £10,000 per annum, exclusive, plus VAT if applicable. The rent
will be paid quarterly in advance.
Long Leasehold: Alternatively the long leasehold
interest is available for £120,000 plus VAT if applicable.
Service Charge: A service charge will be levied
by the freeholder, for the upkeep and maintenance of the external parts.
Business Rates: The tenant or purchaser will pay
their business rates directly to the Local Authority.
Legal Costs: Each party to bear their own legal
costs with regard to the proposed transaction. |
