Meadows Business Park Camberley has attracted another major
occupier with the letting of the top two floors of offices at River View, the
last remaining building on the business park. Kendle International Ltd have
taken the space which totals over 26,000 sq ft (2415 sq m) of offices plus over
4000 sq ft of storage accommodation within the roof area on lease terms for ten
years without a break.

Under the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), the
UK Government has stipulated that with effect from 1 October 2008, all
commercial property in the UK has to have an Energy Performance Certificate
(EPC) prior to sale or lease.
