Rating
Hurst Warne has an experienced rating department and
is conversant in all aspects of negotiation and conducting appeals against the
Valuation Office of the Inland Revenue.
The company carries out an initial appraisal to
identify grounds for a reduction, and where appropriate an appeal would be
lodged to minimise the client’s business rate liabilities.
Advice is also provided on empty property rating
liability.
